Fields of Daisies

You are like a field of Daisies

Don’t you know?

You are like a field of Daisies

Bumblebees buzzing in the air

You are like a field of Daisies

Wind blowing through the air

You are like a field of Daisies

They are noble flowers don’t you know?

You are like a field of Daisies

Noble but plain

You are like a field of Daisies

Who wants to be a beautiful rose?

You are like a field of Daisies

Daisies can be picked but roses have thorns

You are like a field of Daisies

Yes, daisies are plain but simple and sweet

You are like a field of Daisies

Don’t be offended my love, my love, my love

You are like a field of Daisies

Roses are sharp, dangerous, unapproachable

You are like a field of Daisies

Make a flower crown with me

My love, you aren’t like other girls

Part of my parody poem series. Some of it is deliberately bad. Some of it I wrote when I thought I could write poetry. Guess what category this belongs to?
